One client, two years, numbers pulled from their own Search Console. We only publish what we can source.
Case study
A clinical research site that almost nobody could find. Eight ranking keywords in total, and no organic traffic worth the name.
Source: Google Search Console and the campaign performance report, covering 18 June 2024 to 14 May 2026. Figures are the client’s own, not our estimates.
Search Console and Analytics were set up properly first, because nothing can be measured until they are. Then the technical floor: sitemap and robots, canonical tags, redirect chains, Core Web Vitals, schema and image weight.
After that it was monthly: blog content aimed at real questions, service pages rewritten around what people search for rather than what the business calls itself, internal linking, and keyword cannibalisation cleaned up. Local SEO and Google Business Profile ran alongside it.
It took two years. Search always does.
What this doesn't tell you
Those numbers are visibility, not revenue. We can show you what happened to their rankings, traffic and impressions because that is what we measured. We cannot tell you what it did to their bottom line, because that was never wired up to us — and an agency claiming otherwise is guessing.
It is also a two-year engagement in a low-competition niche. Your category may be harder, or easier. The honest answer to “will this work for me?” starts with an audit, not a case study.
Read-only access to your Search Console and Analytics, about an hour of our time, and a prioritised list of what we’d fix first. We’ll tell you if there’s nothing worth doing.
